1. The Drop Model

22HUNDRED operates an invite-only, limited-edition drop system. Products are released in numbered drops, each with a finite quantity. Access to the shop requires a one-time password distributed exclusively to our subscriber list via email or SMS before each drop opens.

By signing up to receive drop notifications and/or purchasing from 22HUNDRED, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. All Sales Are Final

Every item released through 22HUNDRED is limited edition and produced in limited quantities. All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or because the item sold out before you could purchase a different size.

The only exceptions are size exchanges for incorrect fulfillment on our part, and defective or damaged items. See our Exchanges & Returns page for the full policy.

3. No Holds, No Reservations

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Items are only secured upon completed payment. We do not hold items, accept pre-orders outside of an active drop window, or offer raincheck pricing on sold-out items.

4. Password & Access

Drop passwords are single-use per drop and distributed only to active subscribers. Passwords are not transferable. Sharing your password is permitted at your discretion, but 22HUNDRED is not responsible for sold-out inventory resulting from shared access. Passwords expire when the drop window closes — typically 48 hours after distribution.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on shipping address. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. 22HUNDRED does not store your card information — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to their terms at stripe.com/legal.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the drop window closes. Delivery timelines, carriers, and tracking information are detailed on our Delivery page. 22HUNDRED is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control once a package has been handed off to the carrier.

7. Product Descriptions & Photography

We make every effort to accurately represent color, material, and fit. Minor variations between product photography and the physical item may occur due to lighting, screen calibration, and manufacturing tolerances. These variations do not constitute a defect.

8. Subscriber List

By submitting your email or phone number to receive drop notifications, you consent to receive transactional messages (drop passwords, order confirmations, shipping updates) and occasional drop announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or using the unsubscribe link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

9. Intellectual Property

All 22HUNDRED designs, graphics, drop assets, and brand materials are the intellectual property of 22HUNDRED. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any 22HUNDRED materials without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

22HUNDRED's liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from a purchase or your use of this site shall be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Michigan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or participation in drops after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date above.
